2019 Connecticut Architecture Conference & Expo

On September 12, Mat Pelletier spoke at the Connecticut Architecture Conference & Expo held at the Mohegan Sun's New Earth Expo & Convention Center. His seminar topic "Obstacles to Success in the Construction Industry" covered such topics as:  "Early vs. Late Stage Collaboration", "Low Bidder vs. Most Qualified Bidder", "Design Build vs. Design Bid Build", "Price, Speed, Quality = Pick 2" and Embracing Failure from his best selling book “Embracing Failure-Harness the Power of Fear in Business and Life” which was published June 18, 2019. It was an amazing day and opportunity to speak and connect with the attendees at the conference.
