If there were no problems in life then progress and innovation would never find fertile ground to grow. The next time you have a "insurmountable problem", whether its in business or life, try to look upon this challenge as an opportunity to grow and come up with some brilliant solutions instead of blaming someone else for this challenge. Maybe this obstacle was designed just for you? I know that sounds like pie in the sky, but so are a great many of the "obstacles" we face here on a daily basis. Get your job done and put the customer first, always. Diamonds are valuable and are created as a result of a great deal of pressure.
