It seems these days we pour over massive amounts of data in an attempt to mitigate any possible losses. What more than often occurs is we miss out on many opportunities as a result. We find it prudent to do as much diligence as possible in an effort to talk ourselves out of something. This creates a habit of doing nothing in many organizations. The most important part of any project is the final part. Taking decisive action. If you're working hard on a project or considering a business deal then put in the hard work. If the project is viable then make sure to just pull the trigger at the end. I think you will be happy and relieved you did. Remember, not making a decision is a big decision.
