Pelletier Construction Management announces the completion of the ground up

pavillion construction of the new sports complex located in Middletown CT as part of the new 8 million dollar project. The new buildings will service the new athletic fields and facilities support. The structures house multiple ADA accessible bathrooms, kitchens as well as storage for all facility services. The attractive designs mark a departure from traditional institutionally designed similar structures. The facilities sport high end split faced block, standing seamed roofs with skylights and intricate composite trim and siding details to blend a functional but new and modern look.
