I remember the last time I heard this hype. It was 2008. The stock market collapsed, banks were going out of business, dogs and cats were living together and everyone was running for the hills because "this time it's different." It turned out, it was not. Only different for those who have no idea what the word "history" means. When you have been around a long time you learn that in times of panic and desperation are when the greatest opportunities are found. How about this, instead of watching the headlines for terror and panic look for opportunities. Remember, drama sells much better than hope and right now we have plenty of drama. Now go find the opportunities and in a few years you will see I was right. You are not buried, just planted. Be patient.
